Elizabeth received her Bachelor of Arts from DeSales University, and holds a M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Lehigh University. She is certified to teach Pre-K through fourth grades, and has taught elementary students in a variety of grades and settings since 2016. She is currently continuing her education to earn PreK-12 Special Education certification.
“My approach is evidence-based, with an emphasis on social-emotional learning and positive behavior support. I am also particularly interested in providing communication and social interventions for children with special needs. We can all learn something from each other.” Mr. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and graduate Certification in Special Education, from Monmouth University in Long Branch, NJ. As a Highly Qualified Teacher, he holds teaching certification in New Jersey for elementary education and special education, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Standing to teach Psychology in Secondary Education. Mr. Rich has worked with children for more than 30 years, including as a mentor to at-risk inner city youth, a special education educator, and a second grade teacher. He has worked for New Jersey’s early intervention system as a Developmental Specialist and Evaluator, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder and behavioral disorders. Mr. Rich’s goals are “creating a safe and stimulating environment built on trustworthy relationships where children feel safe, and comfortable enough to develop their confidence, try new things and have positive feelings and interactions with things and people.” “I want to empower families to celebrate and enjoy their children’s accomplishments.

She has also taken courses in Early Childhood Education at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania. Ms. Melissa has taught young children for nearly 20 years, working in Head Start classrooms and serving as director at Tot Time Development Center in Allentown, Pa. for about ten years. Ms. Melissa fosters independence in her students while providing them with a safe and loving learning environment. “I enjoy working with children because it is exciting to watch them grow and learn new things. I believe children learn best by being able to freely explore the world around them. I think it is our job to ask questions to guide their thinking, but allow them to learn how things work on their own.”

Rebecca Erz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and American Studies from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. She has been a teacher since 2018, and joined Saint Anne's Center in December 2019. "Children are their own unique individuals, and knowing each child allows us to teach students with their interests in mind. Incorporating their interests and the Growth Mindset creates a wonderful environment where children are excited to learn and grow -- where they know they can accomplish anything," Miss Rebecca said. She adds, "I love working with children. Just as they learn from me, I learn from them in the most interesting ways.
Kaitlyn Kline has been working in childcare for more than eight years, and joined St. Anne's Center in 2019.
She studied Early Childhood Education at the Career Institute of Technology, earning her certificate as an Early Childhood Educator. Miss Katie's favorite ages to teach are children 1 to 3 years old, making her the perfect fit for our young toddler classroom.
"I feel toddlers need guidance and to learn new things on their own," Miss Katie says. "The best part about working with toddlers is watching them develop and learn new things.

Isleivy Diaz Sánchez has been working in childcare for over fifteen years. She started at St. Anne’s in 2021, and her past experiences include starting and operating her own private daycare, as well as working for the New York Department of Education.
“Working with children is the best experience I have ever had! I love working with babies and children because I am able to see their development, and help to teach them everything they need to learn.”
Isleivy is currently in the process of continuing her education in order to become a certified Early Childhood Education teacher. Her approach to education is highly individualized, structured, and loving. “The best part of my job is loving the babies!”
Julianne McGinnis began her journey into Early Childhood Education in 2015, and her previous experiences include teaching Gymnastics. She has over five years of experience working with infants and children, and is currently in the process of obtaining her Early Childhood Development Associate credentials. “My favorite thing about working with children is the amount of love and appreciation children return when you form a deep connection. I love watching children learn, grow, and develop right before our eyes.” Julianne’s approach emphasizes positivity, finding joy in each day, treating all children with understanding, and collaborating with parents. For Julianne, even the hard days are rewarding because “each day is an opportunity to watch children grow, smile, and laugh!
